zhang mi sings the song “peace and harmony” with sarah brightman

last week, a song “peace and harmony” which is composed by the chinese super singer star zhang mi and sang by zhang mi and sarah brightman, was finished after several months’ tough recording and production.

the song has been submitted in due form to the beijing organizing committee for the games of 29th olympiad. lots of insiders of this trade said that the song had more international backgrounds than other olympic songs.

the olympic song “peace and harmony” was produced in europe by a european music production team, moedling symphony orchestra vienna and the gospel chorus vienna. the interlaced chinese and english lyrics were written by the famous european musician edi swoboda and the chinese musician zhong heng.

zhang mi explained to press agents that the reasons they named the song “peace and harmony”, is that olympic games is a global events, “peace” and “harmony” are china and the whole human being’s desire, “peace and harmony” presents perfectly the globality of beijing olympic games.
